Magy returned my call for pricing within hours. The price was competitive, and I knew to book right away. She scheduled Pierre to come out after the weekend. They did NOT subcontract the work out. Pierre arrived with his assistant early. They were respectful and pleasant. After confirming with me what was expected, they got right to work, and finished by early afternoon. Pierre did a walk around with me answering questions I had about certain areas, and gladly went back to areas I was concerned about. Our house looked completely different once they finished.
This is the second home and second time we have used Excelsior Power Cleaning. They will be our go to company for cleaning, and the first company we recommend to friends.
I wish the pictures truly showed the difference they made cleaning two years of crud away. It is extremely noticeable on person. Our house shines!
